1. Agreement

These Terms are a contract between you and Unbroken Consulting Pte. Ltd. ("HERmones," "we," "us"), a private limited company registered in Singapore at 68 Circular Road, #02-01, Singapore 049422. By downloading, accessing, or using the HERmones application ("the App"), you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the App.

2. What HERmones can (and can't) do

HERmones is designed to help you understand patterns in your body using the information you choose to log. You record things like your cycle phase, mood, sleep, and daily life; the App gives you back a daily reading, a plain-language translation of what may be happening, and small suggestions you can take or ignore.

The App is built to help you notice recurring patterns in what you log. Its insights are meant to support reflection — and better-informed conversations with a healthcare professional — not to replace professional medical advice.

It isn't a medical device, and it doesn't diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. Specifically:

  • Using the App doesn't create a doctor–patient, therapist–client, or other professional relationship.
  • Readings — including any "hormonal age" figure — are estimates generated from what you log together with general physiological patterns. They are not laboratory results, not clinically validated measurements, and not a diagnosis.
  • The App is not a contraceptive and must not be used to prevent or achieve pregnancy.
  • The App is not a crisis service.

If you need care, get care. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, or you are thinking about harming yourself, contact your local emergency number or a crisis line right away. Please don't delay seeking medical advice, or start, stop, or change any treatment, because of something you read in the App. Talk to a qualified healthcare professional about symptoms, treatment, and medication.

3. Your account and your part of the deal

A few things we ask of you:

  • Keep your device and any credentials secure — you're responsible for activity through your account.
  • Enter accurate information. The App's readings are only as good as what you give it.
  • Use the App for yourself, for personal, non-commercial purposes.
  • Please don't reverse engineer, scrape, resell, or redistribute the App or its content; use it to build a competing product; upload unlawful content; or interfere with how it runs.

4. What the App costs

4.1 Free during the launch period

HERmones is free to use during our launch period, which runs until 10 October 2026. During that time there is no subscription, no in-app purchase, and nothing to pay. We do not ask for your card details, and we do not have them.

4.2 What happens after the launch period

We expect to introduce paid features when the launch period ends. If we do:

  • we will tell you before anything changes;
  • the price and the billing period will be shown to you in full before you are asked to pay anything;
  • nothing will start charging you unless you actively choose it — continuing to use the App will not, by itself, put you on a paid plan or begin a trial; and
  • everything you have already logged stays yours and stays readable to you.

4.3 If you buy something from us in future

Any purchase would be processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play), not by us — we never receive your card details. Purchases are governed by that store's terms. You would manage, renew, or cancel through your Apple ID or Google Play account settings, and refunds would be handled by Apple or Google under their own policies. Where your local consumer law gives you a withdrawal or refund right, that right applies regardless of this section.

4.4 Sponsored access

If your access is provided at no cost through an employer or partner organization, it lasts for the period agreed with that organization and may end when that arrangement ends. The organization does not receive your individual information — see the Privacy Policy.

5. Content and intellectual property

The App — its text, readings, archetypes and characters, illustrations, design, and software — belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App under these Terms. All rights not expressly granted are reserved. "HERmones," "HERoscope," "HERskin," and associated marks and characters are our trademarks.

Your entries stay yours. You grant us only the limited permission we need to run the App for you — that is, processing your entries to provide the features and personalized readings of the App. We don't claim ownership of what you write, and we don't use it to advertise to you.

6. Availability and changes

We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features, and the App may be unavailable during maintenance or for reasons outside our control. Features described as coming later aren't guaranteed. We may suspend or end access if you breach these Terms or use the App unlawfully.

7. Disclaimers

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY READING, ESTIMATE, OR SUGGESTION WILL BE ACCURATE OR SUITABLE FOR YOU.

Some jurisdictions don't allow certain warranties to be excluded, so parts of this section may not apply to you. Nothing here limits rights you have under mandatory consumer protection law.

8. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE APP WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR (B) SGD 100.

NOTHING IN THESE TERMS EXCLUDES LIABILITY FOR DEATH OR PERSONAL INJURY CAUSED BY NEGLIGENCE, FOR FRAUD, OR FOR ANY LIABILITY THAT CANNOT LAWFULLY BE EXCLUDED.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims and costs arising out of your misuse of the App or your breach of these Terms, except to the extent we caused them.

10. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, except that where your local law entitles you to bring proceedings in your own country's courts — as consumer law commonly does in the European Union, the United Kingdom, and much of Latin America — nothing here removes that right.

Before starting formal proceedings, please write to us at hello@hermones.com; most things are faster to fix that way.

11. Apple and Google

These Terms are between you and us, not with Apple or Google. Apple and Google aren't responsible for the App or for support, and they are third-party beneficiaries entitled to enforce these Terms against you. Your use must also comply with the applicable app store terms.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. If a change is material, we'll tell you in the App before it takes effect. Continued use after that date means you accept the update.
